Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

All of your payment to the Luxe Travel Plug are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport or government-issued identification.

Check spam or junk mail for receipt, invoices or trip confirmation.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.

You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Once you make your reservations, you can view your invoice and payment plan.

Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice

Late payment of $200 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

Cancellation fee is $300 per person based on double occupancy and $400 per person based on single occupancy 90 days before final payment deadline. $400 per person based on double occupancy and $500 per person based on single occupancy 60 days before final payment deadline. $500 per person based on double occupancy and $600 per person based on single occupancy 30 days before final payment. After the final payment deadline full penalty will be imposed, funds will not be refunded or be transferred.

Will I need to take care of anything on my own?

To preserve the ease and intention of the experience, here’s what you’ll personally be responsible for:

Booking your flight to Napa Valley or nearby airports (SFO or OAK)

Arranging transportation from the airport to the resort (we’ll send trusted recommendations)

Choosing any personal spa services or indulgences beyond what’s included

Securing travel insurance if desired (recommended for peace of mind)

Covering meals or extras during free time outside of our curated group dining

What’s the room situation?
We offer single occupancy for privacy or double occupancy for you and your bougie bestie. Each room includes luxe amenities, plush bedding, and vineyard views to exhale into. Want to upgrade to a suite? Just email us—we got you.
When should I arrive and depart?
Arrive: Anytime after 3PM on Day 1. We recommend arriving early to unwind, explore the resort, or book a spa treatment before our welcome dinner. Depart: The retreat officially ends after breakfast on Day 4. Checkout is 11AM, but feel free to lounge or schedule late transport if you want extra softness.
Is the spa included?
The spa experience is optional—but highly encouraged. You’ll receive a spa menu with our BBG-preferred treatments. You can add services before or during the retreat. Softness is a luxury, and you get to choose how you receive it.
Is wine included?
Your tasting experiences are curated but individual glasses and bottles are not included on the Napa Wine Train or off-site winery visits. You’ll have the freedom to sip what you love. Bring your palette and your sundress.
Can I come solo?
Absolutely—and you won’t feel alone. Many of our BBG guests come solo and leave with lifelong sisters. This space is intentionally built for connection, care, and community. If you’ve been craving new aligned friendships—this is for you.
